This Privacy Policy explains how Anex Solutions (“we”, “our”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use the Quick2Me mobile application.

1. Information We Collect

Phone Number — collected at registration for OTP-based login and account identity.
Full Name & Email — collected during profile setup to personalize your experience.
Delivery Addresses — collected when you add or select delivery locations for orders.
Order History — stored to enable order tracking, returns, and account management.
Profile Picture — optionally uploaded by you to personalize your profile.
Device / App Data — standard app interaction logs used to diagnose technical issues.

2. How We Use Your Data

To authenticate you via OTP and maintain your session.
To process and deliver your orders.
To show your order history and facilitate returns.
To contact you about your orders and support requests.
To improve our app quality and resolve bugs.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share limited data only as required:

Delivery Partners — your name and delivery address to fulfill your orders.
Merchants — your order items to enable shop-level fulfilment.
No analytics, advertising, or social network sharing occurs.

4. Data Security

All data is transmitted over HTTPS with TLS encryption. Our servers are secured and access-controlled. We do not store payment card data.

5. Data Retention

Your personal data is retained for as long as your account is active. Order records may be retained for up to 7 years for legal and accounting obligations even after account deletion.

6. Your Rights

Access the data we hold about you by contacting support.
Request correction of incorrect information.
Request deletion of your account and personal data (see Section 7).

7. Account Deletion

You can request deletion of your account and personal data from within the app (Profile → Delete Account) or by emailing support@quick2me.in. Your data will be deleted within 7 business days. Some order history may be retained for legal obligations.
